Be Ambassadors for Christ

Today is Ash Wednesday.

The cross will be traced on our foreheads with the words, "Turn away from sin! Be faithful to the Gospel!"

Let us proudly wear the cross of ashes. It is a reminder to us and to the world that,

"We are ambassadors for Christ; it is as though God were appealing through us, and the appeal that we make in Christ’s name is: be reconciled to God." (2 Corinthians 5: 20)
